Ticket to play
The Tasmanian Government launched the Ticket to Play program, an investment of $3 million which will support around 30,000 children and young people across the state to participate in sport and active recreation.
Ticket to Play is the first sports voucher system for young Tasmanians, and provides vouchers up to $100 to eligible children and young people aged 5 to 17 to go towards sporting memberships. Children and young people must have a valid Centrelink Health Care Card or Pensioner Concession Card, or are in Out of Home Care, are eligible for the program.
